We ship to all areas within Egypt. For international orders, please contact customer service.

Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days
• Alexandria: 2-4 business days
• Other governorates: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

• Cairo & Giza: 50 EGP
• Alexandria: 60 EGP
• Other governorates: 70-100 EGP
• Free shipping on orders over 1500 EGP

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.

Cash on Delivery

We accept cash on delivery for all orders within Egypt. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives.
